RE: CAML .04/.07. Lottery shell play. Since 1998, this week was the most important milestone since July 2006, December 2004 and March 2004.

This clean shell with $7 million in tax loss carryforward value available starting THIS YEAR(2006), started with an 16k insider buys in March 2004(now to put in perspective we've had 10X that in the last 4 weeks- on a clean shell like CAML a $1000 buy is interesting, and again, we've had over $10,000 in flow-thru at CAML in 4 weeks). Heres tha play by play from March 2004:

Is this a mere coincidence? In the closely held and watched small world of clean shells, there is no such thing as a coincidence...
CAML is such a lo-float clean shell with such attractive tax-loss carryforwards, my hypothesis is that Robert F.X. Sillerman was in negotiations with both SPEA and CAML, and chose SPEA at the LAST MINUTE...

Well fast forward to July 2006 and we have insider buyers returning to CAML in advance of the last 10K in July, and on Wednesday, August 23 you have "confirmation" buying, putting CAML at #2 on the Gainer list, not just a coincidence that a clean shell goes up 133% on volume:
