CAML .041/.06. Lottery clean shell play. The plot thickens with a NEW SEC FILING on 8-29! The first 13G 5%+ statment of ownership since the company was active in 1998 filed yesterday 8-29 by a mysterious "T. Baulch" from a personal mail box in Houston:

Now who is this "T. Baulch", and why did he come out of the woodwork with $20k in CAML stock(10% of the o/s) all of a sudden? Based on the recent activity, he may be the insider buying up all the loose shares.

And to add to the intrigue, the address listed is a PMB in a nice part of Houston next to a golf course:

"T. Baulch", or whatever his real name is, is obviously fronting an organization that doesn't want to be identified.
And the only reason why would not want to be identified would be if A REVERSE MERGER was about to happen at CAML.

And heres another clue. The only other google reference to "T. Baulch" is at, you guessed it, ANOTHER MYSTERY 5%+ OWNERSHIP FILING A COUPLE MONTHS AGO AT ANOTHER LOW FLOAT CLEAN SHELL, ANML:

So this "T. Baulch" or whatever his/its real name is, has suddenly established a $20k footprint on 2 clean, empty shells.

Going back to the clues, the Houston, Tx 77069 zip code is home to several OIL COMPANIES... Is "T. Baulch" fronting an oil company that was getting set to do the reverse merger with ANML in June, but then found CAML and decided to go with CAML instead because of the $7m value in tax loss carryfords going with the shell?
That would explain the volume increase and UPTIXXXX at CAML since June.
