Good Morning Everybody!!

I don't know about PatD100, but I got a well needed rest last night. It was a very exciting day for me yesterday at Savi. With all the excitement and the plethora of information that we had to retain, I was drained. And my eyes, oh my goodness! They are still aching after everything they had to look at yesterday.

In all seriousness though, this was my third visit within four months as some of you know. The progress over those four months has been nothing less than extraordinary. My initial visit was viewing nothing more than an empty shell of a warehouse which I estimated to be about 12,000 - 15,000 square feet. There was also no one available for a "tour" of the fabulous empty building.

My second visit was, as everyone already knows, to a facility that was under rennovation at every corner, in addtion to being informed that the available space had be increased to over 25,000 square feet. The expansion was not done through construction, though, but rather due to additional leasing of warehouse space. I believe the pictures of my visit are still available on the board.

My visit yesterday with PatD100, was, in my opinion, nothing less than mind boggling. You have to remember, I have witnessed the transformation of a building which was completely empty to one that literally now contains wall to wall machinery. If this equipment was new, the value would surpass $10,000,000 and perhaps as much as $12,000,000. Obviously, this equipment is not all new. Most of it, as a matter of fact, is used. Everything within the warehouse is being done to be eventually exhibited as a showcase. Polishing concrete floors in the warehouse, newly refurbished equipment and a beuatiful suite of offices also completely redone. I was very impressed.

But as a shareholder, I believe their prudent purchases of used equipment, rather than new, is exactly how a developing company should invest our money. I know there have been endless jokes about this company and it's executives. In my opinion, they are not warranted.

Those of you who continue to post demeaning comments should stop the BS. This company and its officers are very serious about Savi's direction and future. There is so much that PatD100 and I witnessed and learned. There is alot more that I will not post either due to the sensitive nature of how information on this board is sometimes twisted into falsehoods.

As far as the Cornell financing issue? After yesterday's visit and lengthy discussions, I am convinced that if Cornell is allowed to excercise their warrants, yes although very dilutive, but a not a major hurdle as far as future appreciation and growth of the company.

It is estimated that the market in California alone for this type of pollution equipment is nearly 50 billion dollars. Of course, Savi won't get the entire market share, but extrapolate the numbers to the rest of the United States, and you can get the general idea of the size of the true market.

The United States? Oh my gosh!! I forgot about the 270,000 square foot facitlity in China. What could the Asian market be worth? I don't know, but I do know that Savi has released the news of the Chinese facility. Could add at least one or two dollars to future revenues.

My personal belief and thoughts of what is happening with Savi is very exciting. I better say that this is just my opinion. I sure wouldn't want some knucklehead to sue me because I took it upon myself to do a little DD and shared the information and my opinion. Of course, stuff happens and maybe Savi wouldn't make it to the big payoff. I think the chances of that are less and less now that they will not survive.

In summary, I think anyone of the wize guys that appear here with their bashing or idiotic comments, should perhaps purchase a plane ticket and take the trip. That $400 or $600 ticket might be the best money spent ever for them. Maybe not, but at least it would shut them up once and for all as they could themselves witness the fantastic job that these guys are doing.

My next visit will be within four weeks. I'd be more than glad to chat with anyone with interest. Sorry for the lengthy post, but I tried to calm everyone down, and even though Savi's development has taken longer than expected, I think January or February, or March, or ..... will end up having very much been worth the wait.

PatD100 will be posting a few pictures shortly. Pat, wake up!! It's your floor. I have to run.

Have a great weekend everybody!
