Checked with both George and Rosario at the TA. The Outstanding is actually 11,898,786. Rosario said her data wasn't updating properly. So this appears to be an 8MM block of restricteds, not 3MM as thought earlier. Must be a more valuable merger partner..

Have an email into Don to confirm that these are restricted, and for this reverse merger. Don't see this affecting the short squeeze at all since restricteds aren't part of the public float.

Tomorrow should be interesting with margin calls, and news on Monday...
