That fact that you have a lot invested is not relevant. Someone else may have a lot invested on the short side. Or no investment at all. Or they are considering an investment. Or they are a customer. Or a supplier. Or a competitor. Perhaps they are an employee. Maybe they are a fan of the CEO. Or can't stand them. It does not matter what the basis for their interest is. Moderators have the same means of communicating their opinions and perspectives as any other user - via their posts.

They are allowed to use their position as a "bully pulpit". They routinely squash disention by deleting posts containing discenting viewpoints.

That is an entirely different issue. If a moderator is abusing the moderator role by removing posts for reasons other than the TOU, they can and will be removed. However; being a moderator is a challenging and thankless job, and most moderators deserve and receive the benefit of the doubt and some amount of latitude unless and until they egregiously abuse their privileges. The fact that they may post opinions on the stock itself is not a factor - being a moderator does not preclude them from doing so.
