***CHNW*** E-Mail From Company >> No Dilution

Below is an e-mail I received from CHNW in response to an e-mail I sent tonight asking point blank whether or not dilution is ongoing. (The emphasis in the e-mail is mine.)

[Dear ____],

Thank you for your e mail.

While I agree with your assessment please be assured that there is no dilution happening from the company end. If you look at all the recent announcements plus the forthcoming ones (and you place a dollar value on it) you will see that there was a huge expenditure that took place (taking place) This expenditure was funded in part by payment in cash and stock. The vendors who received stock are selling. Theres no disputing that. Why are they selling? Our guess is to realize cash to pay their overhead rent staff etc.. (vendors like IT companies, that built the software etc..) Once the market absorbs that then laws of supply and demand will govern. The stock in our opinion is well undervalued and the company did issue a news release that it is actively re purchasing in the open market.
