FWIW, I rec'd a reply from ETIM IR regarding the ongoing share dump:

Dear Mr. Frankie,

I have very few shares right now and the few I have were bought personally. I have just gotten the DTC's and am waiting on the NOBO list to get a handle on who is dumping all of these shares. Although I have been the IR representative on the site for several months, I have only officially contracted with the company over the past couple of weeks and will be looking to stem the tide of the current trend as soon as possible.
