CTXI THIS IS WHY, HUGE!>>Posted by: Always Faithful In reply to: fotog1160 who wrote msg# 31 Date:10/18/2006 11:57:26 AM Post #of 55
I hope all this helps Jeff Flannery is a part of both AXGJ and CTXI. CTXI is about to make an announcement regarding merger with Micro Car. Jeff Flannery stated that he has recently had meeting in Asia regarding this. The website for Micro cars is being updated as we speak. And then I got this email...I think others can vouch that they received the same email:

Dear Shareholder --
Thank you for your inquiry. I have been traveling the last four weeks and have been unable to respond in a timely fashion and for that I apologize.
We are indeed moving forward with a relationship with MicroCars in Sri Lanka. The initial basis of that relationship was set forth in a press release several weeks ago which talked about a Letter of Intent between Centrex and MicroCars. We are finalizing the details of that arrangement and those details should be issued to the public very soon.
MicroCars was established several years ago in Sri Lanka as the first automobile assembly manufacturer in that country. It is now an established operation and has been producing new cars for a few years now. When I came across the company during my travels a year or so ago, I was deeply impressed with the operation and the people who had so diligently put it together. It was clearly a successful business and a model that could be replicated in other developing countries that wanted a quality, low cost vehicle that could be manufactured domestically, employing citizens and teaching them new, valuable skills.
The web site for MicroCars is being revamped and should reappear within the next day or so.
With regards to Centrex, Inc., you may be aware that I took over this company about 18 months ago and have been working to bring new business into the company which would give Centrex a new direction and new value for the shareholders. This is not a process that happens overnight. I believe strongly in MicroCars and the people who have developed it to date. I think there are tremendous opportunities, but bringing these opportunities to fruition will take time and patience.
The stock price has fallen lately and I believe that is mostly likely due to some old debt holders who have notes with the company prior to my taking over as CEO. They are converting those notes as they are eligible to do.
I will do my best to keep you informed through the web site and press releases as soon as I have new information available.
Thank you again.
Jeffrey Flannery CEO Centrex, Inc.
and then there is this:
