On March 31st of this year the OS was 937,908 shares.

in this filing, NITE became the beneficial owner of 140,311 shares which was 14.96% of the outstanding shares.

On august 16th, 2006 a regdex was filed http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1080973/999999999706035479/9999999997-06-035479.txt

this is no doubt the "notes" jeff was talking about in his emails, that the old management were selling.

so given that the Authorized is 250MM, one can pretty well assume that the current outstanding lies somewhere between 1MM and 250MM..lol ok not very specific, but it's a start.

given the action today, it seems that the regdex sellers may be done. This action can usually prompt huuuge runs as selling pressure is nonexistant except for normal trading..
