I still have a 950 as the ultimate low of this secular bear market, probably not until 2005, maybe later.Right now I think we are in a cyclical bull that could last till the middle or late next year (unless this retrenchment kills this cyclical bull here, but as I said, I do not have a high likelihood of that happening, just a nasty October retrench, 300 or so Naz points is nasty enough...).
