I sent the following message to mcs global strategies, so they'll have some idea of what we're looking for. Additional thoughts are welcome... I can always send another one.

Since North West Oil Group has apparently contracted with your firm to provide up-to-date information to investors via press releases, I thought I might provide my views as to what types of information would likely make a difference in investors' perceptions. Some of the major factors responsible for NWOG's decline are investor confidence that the information being provided is valid, that information, good or bad, is being provided on a timely basis (not just reported in the foreign press, like Kommersant, that the company provide clear information about its business plan so investors understand where it is heading, that audited financials are provided on a timely basis, that announced "deals" that have fallen through are properly reported as no longer in play.

What we have received over the past several months is a considerable number of supposed undertakings, virtually none of which have been reported on since then. So investors know absolutely nothing about what is really going on, today. Confidence is near zero.

Here is what I would like to know:

1) What fields are currently in production, what is the current output, and how does that compare to the numbers provided in May and June.

2) What is the exploration/production status of the former NDOL licensed fields? Production was supposed to have started in those as of June 1, 2006. Nothing whatsoever has been reported.

3) NWOG announced the beginning of exploration activities in its several licensed fields several months ago, including 3D seismographic analyses. Nothing whatsoever has been reported since.

4) The JV with Oil India has gone unreported since its announcement. Where does that stand?

5) The purchase of SaratovNeftegeofisika in June was to our knowledge never consummated. Where does that stand?

6) What is the current float of NWOG.PK? It was in the realm of 36mm at the time of the merger. What is it now?

7) How does the purchase of Danziger spirits fit into the company's business plan? What about the building of 10 service stations, grocery stores and small hotels?

8) Where does the Magma deal stand?

9) Where do the Syria, Yemen, Jordan projects stand? Why were these never reported as PRs, yet were reported in the foreign press?

10) What is the difference between the "privately held" NWOG and NWOG.PK? Where exactly does the income of NWOG.PK come from, and how much is that currently?

11) What is the estimated value of NWOG.PK/NWOG.F based on reserves and other income?

12) Where does the Latvia terminal purchase stand?

13) When will NWOG be listed on AIM?

14) What is the status of the $60mm financing earlier announcement? What company is providing it?

15) What is Deloite and Touche's role?

I could go on in much greater detail, but you can readily see that there is so much information lacking that investor confidence is nearly completely shattered.

It MUST be restored quickly or the company's prospects will be totally nullified.

The association of Mr. Stratton Stevens with this company has provided some measure of comfort. It would be very worthwhile to include a clear statement from Mr. Stevens as to his opinion of the company's prospects. This would go a long way to restoring confidence as well.

If you find this information valuable, please feel free to reply. I will gladly provide additional, detailed input.

Thank you for your attention.
