Why Wessal has sold out their shares(assuming they exist and they had some shares). I don't think they ever bought the full amount they said they were going to. I think they may have lost trust, just as many shareholder have. I would think that buying from institutions now is almost none, it's all retail. They will have to gain that trust back and move to the OTCBB.
Why PETAR doesn't own any shares at all? I think he makes a lot of money and is doing all of this to help his Sulja buddies. I don't think his main focus is Sulja, he has his other businesses.
Why they've bought SAM for just 500 000$ or about 1/12 sales? I heard they orginally wanted 1.2M and he talked them down. The market is slowing over there Maybe SAMs just wanted out. 500k up there probably goes a long way. I'm glad he was able to take out the competition cheaper. I hope they keep doing it too.
