Business Description
Elast Technologies, Inc. was organized to engage in the business of manufacturing and marketing medical equipment and supplies, as well as health related products, including vitamins and nutritional supplements. The Company entered into a licensing agreement with Dr. Robert D. Milne and acquired the rights to develop, test, manufacture, and market Dr. Milne's patented allergy-testing device (ELAST Device). The ELAST Device measures the body's energy loss and documents it graphically, providing the treating physician with an accurate assessment of a patient's sensitivity. After clinical testing, the ELAST Device will be submitted to the United States Food and Drug Administration for approval.
