YUP...its called holding a company accountable, and you and a few others can pat yourselves on the back for making the phone calls..doing the dd and letting the company know that this is unacceptable behavior.....and by not hiding or censoring the bad has resulted in the company responding to ALL the shareholders concerns.....had you and a few others not been persistent..I dont think the shareholders would have received a detailed PR such as we have seen this morining....good job Mr.Plant and Employees for getting back on the path.........jmho
