It's still not on the Other Portal Daily List so I'd say that record date is out the window. They haven't got things right in news yet regarding the spin off divvy.

Settlement date has nothing to do with divvy unless you don't have the money in your account and your broker dumps your stock.

Record date until ex div date is set, or it's not quoted ex div is meaningless as well.

Under Rule 10B-17 they must advise NASD 10 days prior to the record date, obviously they didn't do that or it would have been on daily list already.

Company needs to learn the rules.
