Thank you for your inquiry. According to the preliminary information we have, the payable date for the Soma Petroleum spinoff shares is listed as 12/15/2006. Since these shares will be restricted in nature, they will most likely not be paid to you on that date. Restricted securities are only transferred by physical means so this can delay the payment of your shares. Once we receive the shares of Soma Petroleum from the transfer agent, we will post to your account promptly. Regrettably, we do not have an exact timeframe as to when this will happen.
