Maximum Dynamics, Inc. Announces First Appointment to Its Advisory Board

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, Oct. 10, 2003 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Maximum Dynamics, Inc. (OTC BB: MXDY), a financial services company that supports the financial community with back office fund administration and client side support, announced today that Mpumelelo Tshume accepted an invitation to join Maximum's International Advisory Board.

Mr. Tshume, who is a South African national, is currently the CEO of PetroSA,which is South Africa's national oil company. PetroSA is a 5.5 billion (South African Rand) company that explores for oil and gas in selected basins around the world, supplies petrochemicals to customers in more than 40 countries and boasts of having the largest Gas to Liquids (GTL) plant in the world. As the CEO, Mr. Tshume is responsible for the company's operations in South Africa, the United States, Europe, and the Far East.

"Mr. Tshume's decision to join our advisory board is an inspiration to our group and confirmation that our vision of operating in South Africa and in the African continent is a vision that is sound," said Eric Majors, CEO of Maximum. "Mr.
Tshume is a well respected man world-wide with impeccable integrity that is known for his leadership and charisma. Mr. Tshume brings with him national exposure, access to critical decision makers in corporate and government positions, and the experience of running a multi-national company. We are very
honored to have him join our team."

Maximum began forming an advisory board in September 2003 and sent out invitation letters to several candidates in late September. Several other candidates are considering the invitation. Mr. Tshume is also expected to make recommendations of possible candidates for the board. Maximum plans to continue
to add other board members of high caliber.

"When I met with Mr. Tshume, we connected because we share the same values and philosophy of corporate responsibility and community impact," Majors added. "We are all so excited to start working together that we have already begun to brainstorm about several ways in which Mr. Tshume can play an active role in our
company. His ability to expose the technology solutions of Unilogic (Maximum's South African subsidiary) and those of our partners to those who need them the most cannot be nderestimated. He understands the value of our services and
product offerings and is squarely behind them. I firmly believe this is the opening of the flood gates for Maximum and I am proud to share this experience with a visionary like Mr. Tshume."

Prior to PetroSA, Mr. Tshume was the General Manager for Engen Petroleum Limited where he was responsible for the vision direction and alignment, profitability enhancement, and business development in the South African Development Community (SADC). Mr. Tshume has also worked as the Assistant General Manager for
TransNet, the Executive Director of the South African Internship Foundation and as the Depot Manager for South African Breweries. He has also served as the Chairperson for Engen's companies in Botswana, Namibia, Kenya, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Ghana and Mozambique. Mr. Tshume holds a degree in Bachelor of
Commerce from the University of South Africa and an MBA from the International Management Center in the U.K.
