Talked to etrade today and the man I spoke with said most dividends take no more than 7 days to get into a client's account. He also said that the spinoff shares would be tradable through etrade even though it will be traded in Frankfurt. Not sure if he is right about that one. Basically he seemed pretty ill-informed, and without any clarifying PR, wasn't sure how to get any more information out of him.
