JKRI Interact Holdings Group, Inc. Is New Name for Jackson Rivers Company, Inc.

HOUSTON, Dec 19, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- The Jackson Rivers Company, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: JKRI) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has approved the name change to Interact Holdings Group, Inc. The name change will take effect once the Certificate of Amendment of the Company's Certificate of Incorporation is filed with the Florida Secretary of State's office on or about January 5, 2006. The Company is also applying for a new ticker symbol. Through its subsidiary operating companies, Interact Holdings Group, Inc. provides technology and services in the areas of machine- to-machine (M2M) and infrastructure management for the petroleum, utility, and communications industries.

We have established our reputations primarily in the petroleum, utility and communications industries, but our expertise and capabilities extends to other key industries as well, including water and wastewater, manufacturing and security."

Infrastructure Management Services is an industry that has been targeted to reach billions of dollars in annual revenues as many companies, government agencies and municipalities seek improved methods to monitor, evaluate, repair and manage their respective infrastructures. The company's current services include Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Machine-to-Machine (M2M) technology and services, engineering, consulting, network and operations management support. To support these services, the Company has a secure network management facility in Houston Texas, with multiple fully hardened network operations centers.
