replies I got from TDA :

At this time, TDAmeritrade has not received the shares of Soma Petroleum from EQBM. These will be restricted shares so they would not be transferred by electronic means. When we receive our shares, they will most likely be in physical certificate form and that can delay the payment.


Regrettably, we do not have a system in place to notify you once your shares have arrived. You can determine that they have arrived by checking your account positions from time to time. If you would like, please feel free to call us for a status.

TD Ameritrade expects to receive payment from EQBM shortly. Once received, your account would be updated automatically for you.
