i got with the TA late today and judging from from the demeaner of the guy I talked to, they are having a hard time with this as well! He was calm, but acknowledged that this has been a very confusing time for them(Heritage)as well. I simply asked if the warrants tied to the Soma dividend were tradeble as alot of other warrants are. He said no... not tradeble. Then I asked for details on the restriction time frame and this is what I was told...
(paraphrasing) "The initial 1 for 50 shares of SOMA will have a restriction of 4mths from the pay date of 12/15/2006. So you may trade those shares anytime after 4/15/2007. The warrants that are exercised from either lot,(those that expire on 3/15/2007 and those that expire on 6/15/2007) are restricted until 4/15/2007."
So, based on that, any shares of SOMA whether exercised from warrants or not, can be traded after the 4/15/2007 date.
I know that we have hashed this out to some degree, but due to not finding any reference material(here or elsewhere) stating definitively that this was the case, I felt it was warranted to post the info I was able to get from the horses mouth... in a manner if speaking. While I am just another average Joe, I am now confident I got the answers I was looking for. As always, do your own DD.
