Me:

I need an update on my dividends. I spoke with Ron Haller at the TA (416) 363-1240 and he confirmed that EQBM has completed all requirements to issue the dividend and warrants and that the TA has transferred everything to the DTCC. What could be holding this up at this point?

We appreciate your message regarding the dividend payout of position "EQBM" held in your individual account. Please accept my sincere apology for any miscommunication or confusion this has created. If you were the owner of record on 12/01 the dividend payable date was 12/15. Typically we receive payment from the transfer agent within 10 business days and they will post to your account automatically.

To confirm all transactions within your account: log into your account click on the Trading & Portfolios Tab >> Transaction History.
