I emailed Larry and asked two questions, received an almost immediate response:

1. is the CUSIP number I got from the TA valid, as I have heard from some people who contacted the DTCC that they were told it is not valid, here is his reply to this question:

cusip off cert83444t 10 6 - so if he is reading this right off the certificate then the DTCC is FOS and whoever is telling you that the number is not valid is lying to your face,

2. has the company and the TA provided everything required to the DTCC in order to enable them to issue the dividends and warrants:

all sent to them prob reorg dept - so again anyone, whether it is a broker or the DTCC claiming that they do not have everything from the co. is FOS and then you have to wonder why,

oh why is there all this deliberate lying, deceit, misinformation, misdirection and other no good goings on,

we all know why, because the short now appears to me right where our friend righty thought it might be, way over 118 million,

yeeeehawwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!
