Just talked to Scottrade

again and Corporate is sending out a notice to all branches within the next 30 minutes to update them on this situation.

I told the guy im dealing with I want exact reasons from both Scottrade and the DTC. I want facts from them on why noone is getting them and then I will send all info to Larry to get this cleared up.

I told them I wanted the names from DTC and Scottrade on people who are in charge of this and I will be filing a SEC complaint against them and the brokerage

Everyone else needs to do the same. Get names and dates and the excuses and put them in a SEC complaint and send it out immediately.

WE need to get the name of the top person with DTC that is handling this situation. Anyone have this.

THe brokers are in some serious trouble with over 100 million shares short and are coming up with every excuse in the world now just as I said they would 2 weeks ago.

Harrass them every day a few times each day from hereon out to get what we deserved to us. Its quite obvious to me they never covered and are now trying to by time to tank the stock and make some money on there shorts.

Keep a eye on the stock I really think the MMs are gonna try to break us hard at some point to cover.
