Here's what Scottrade sent me....

Dear Client,

Further to my earlier email, we have located some additional information
on this issue. Our Dividend Department has indicated that the spin-off
of Soma Petroleum Limited shares originally had a Dec 15th payable date.
However they have not received the actual shares. Once the shares are
received, they will be credited to your account.
