Dear Mr.xxxxxxxxxx,

Thank you for your message regarding dividends you should receive for the EQBM shares held in your joint investment account. It appears you should have received a dividend for the xxxxxxx shares you purchased on November 28th. Since these were purchased before the ex-dividend date, these shares should receive dividends. I have submitted a research request to determine what the delay is and when the dividends will post. This should be completed in 2-3 business days. When the dividends post, you will be able to view the transactions by clicking: Trading & Portfolios > Transaction History.
