Ok Ameritrade is now getting on my last nerve. I'm not asking for an analytical interpretation on a security or an account, just a yes or no answer. I will rephrase my question for the fourth time.

Is it possible that naked short selling can be the reason for the delay of the dividend placement ANY account and if it is how does TD Ameritrade handle THIS situation if it is to arise.
