Just got off the phone with the main office at Scottrade. Long discussion and I'll do my best to relay it though others have pretty much gotten the same answers

They are VERY aware of the situation he immediately went into defensive mode about them not short selling which I pretty much waved off. He said that TA had overnighted the shares to DTC TODAY and they would be probably be sending the physical certs to Scottrade and he is setting it up so that I will be notified when they arrive so that I can covert them from street name into mine. We talked cusip numbers some and he was a little thrown off by SOMA TECH. just as some of us have been and I straitened him out on that. He will send me an e-mail confirming he has set up a notification process, I told him posters with Ameritrade had already been notified. That's all I can remember at the moment. I'll post his e-mail to me when I get it.
