UPDATE
I just got off the phone with Petar. He has confirmed that yesterday he recieved a letter from the OSC.
Although I have not seen or know any detail about what he has received, he has stated to me that he feels that the lettter was directed more at him than anyone else.
Steve Sulja has NOT received anything.
The attorneys Petar has working for him through his company, Kore will not be returning untill after Christmas. They have already been informed of the situation and they are on it.
At this point there is NOTHING stating that they will halt the stock. Petar said that he has not traded any shares in this company and is not worried about that in any way.
However, now you see why I reacted in the way that I did earlier this morning. I don't like to take chances with my money and would do anything to protect it.
As of now, there is NO need to panic.
If the company had an opportunity to defend itself and not have to be silenced, this IMO would not be happening now.
There are people out there that have real agendas to crush this stock. They will take every opportunity to hit us when they can.
I continue to stress to all of you to please communicate to the SEC to get the attention of the department to make a point that until the company is given a fair chance to defend itself against any allegation, halting this stock would not do any of us any justice.
The company wants to be open with us. That was made VERY clear. They have nothing to hide and would certainly not have made the statements they have made recently if they truly were breaking the laws. That would only get them in deeper trouble.
Again, we must fight NOW to prevent those who want to crush us from doing any more damage.
If the company is given a fair chance, I do believe we will benefit because they will FINALLY be able to tell their part and show us ALL of the proof to put all of this behind us.
I am very serious about what I have just said. I am STILL very much a believer in this company and to prove this, look at my buying yesterday. I had no knowledge of this at all.
I am not in any way compensated by the company or any of it's employees to do what I am doing.
I do this because I am a fighter and I do not give up easily when I believe in something as strongly as I believe in Sulja.
I will be buying more and this is my disclosure to you that I keep my word. I would not put myself in this position if I didn't have enough reason to do it.
I am one of the people you can trust on this board. I am here to help you all. I have been consistant will everything I have said I and have not changed my opinion.
I will let you all know as I hear the details.
