Fishing,
It was actually a series of questioning to get to the point I'm at now. But, here is my most recent correspondence with them (it might be long winded, but hopefully it will help you out):

First I write:
Message: So where are my dividend shares and warrants(EQBM spinoff/ SOMA Petroleum)??? People with other brokers have already received theirs. Is ETrade the company we suspected of naked shorting this stock? Are my shares phantom shares? I fully expect that my dividend will post immediately, and furthermore I want to have the certs sent to me as well. What steps do I have to take to have this accomplished?

Again, my questions:
1. Where is my dividend and warrants?
2.Did ETrade naked short this stock?
3. Are my shares phantom shares?
4. What do I need to do to have the certs of this dividend sent to me?

Then their response:
Message: Dear Mr. X,

I apologize for the delay in receiving your Soma Petroleum shares from the Equitable Mining spin off. Your account was credited with X shares of SOMA PETROLEUM LIMITED on 12/22/06. We distribute shares from reorganizations as soon as we receive them from the companies transfer agent.
To request a certificate, please go online under Accounts>Transfer Money> Request Securities Certificate.

Please bear in mind the following:

-Not all securities issue paper certificates.
-It can take four to six weeks to issue certificates.
-E*TRADE Securities assesses a fee of $40 to issue a stock certificate. The funds must be available in your account before your request is submitted.

Then I write back (bear in mind they completely ignored questions 2 & 3 on at least 2 other messages I sent them)
Message: I now see the dividend in my account. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the cusip number is invalid. What's the deal? 83444T106 (not 83444T999) is the number for SOMPF. I have a strong suspicion that this stock has been heavily naked shorted, I just hope that etrade isn't one of the participants. So, before I request my certs, I'd like to have this cusip issue resolved.

And you skipped questions 2 and 3 in my last message. Not that I really expect an answer, but humor me.

And that leads us up to my most recent message on this board (which was their response). I still don't have my warrants, and I'm still unable to verify this cusip # as being valid anywhere (not even on etrade's site)
