Thank you for your inquiry. The Soma Petroleum shares received in your account actually look to be "units". These units are made up of 1 restricted Soma Petroleum share and 2 warrants.
Currently, TD Ameritrade does not have information as to how you would exercise the warrants within the units. There is a possibility that you may have to "unwind" the unit to separate the warrants from the share before you are able to do so.
Regrettably, we do not have a method to deliver the Soma Petroleum certificate to your local branch office. Certificates are always sent to the address on file for your account.
To request a stock certificate online, follow these instructions:
- Go to the "Forms & Agreements" section, under "Client Services".
- Choose All forms from the drop-down menu.
- Click Stock Certificate Request (web-based).
- Complete and submit the online form.
Delivery of certificates typically takes four to six weeks.
