Received a letter from Scottrade Corp. on Dec. 22 after some serious bsdgering by me.

Excerpt - " The transfer agent informed Scottrade that they delivered the shares to DTC on 12.21.06. DTC will not hold restricted shares and they will be delivering these shares to us as soon as they are available. Scottrade will prompty credit your account once the shares are received."

As soon as they are available? What do they mean available?
