Bestoburden, I just spoke to Ron Haller at

the TA, his number is (416) 363-1240, I read him your post and he stated that he does not know of any such thing, that all of the certs were issued a while ago to the DTCC, and he urged Scottrade to call him directly if they wanted it confirmed,

he went on to say that he never heard of a "global restriction", does not know what that is and has never seen it, he confirmed that our dividends are restricted for four months, and that the restriction has nothing to do with getting the physical certs,

Sound like more attempts to hoodwink the poor investors, lol

I hope you documented who it was you spoke to and when as it may become very useful in the near future,

Within two weeks or so if certs don't start showing up we may have to organize a formal compalint to the NASD about this situation,

After all this dividend was approved by the NASD and I am sure they will take a dim view of the fact that we have not been able to get our certificates,

Wow, the excuses are really getting ridiculous,
