Just off the phone with the local Scottrade guy I called this morning. He said they physically have the certs, but not the warrants and I could start the process of having them send them back to get them put in my name if I want to. He said the 999 meant restricted and he doesn't know what the symbol will be. And yes, even if the shorts cover EQBM they are still short Soma Petro(shares & warrants). FWIW
