The answer to your question number 2 is no we do not naked short stocks. This is an illegal practice that was banned by the SEC on 10/29/03. The answer to your question number 3 is no your shares are not phantom shares. The actual physical certificates were received from the transfer agent and deposited into your account. Phantom shares occur primarily in stock plan/employee benefit plan accounts.
The cusip number displayed in your portfolio for Soma Petroleum is the correct cusip number.
