This is in response to all of the attacks/comments/questions thrown at me since my prior post.
1.I have received an email from my friend, which, removing personal information, he has authorized me to post. It comes from Paul Holm, head of IR for PLRS, located in NY.

As per the CFO yesterday the number of outstanding shares is currently 267 million
I am unaware of any "gag" issue regarding anyone
The corporate email info@plrs.com seems to be working. If you still have problems you can email me and I will see to it that it is forwarded to the right party at the company
Lastly, the company is in the process of filing the pre-IND with the FDA and expects this to be completed over the next week

So now, this answers several questions:
1.Per the CFO, there have been no new shares released between December 5 and December 26.
2.The email address that the website is using to send what is entered on their template is not the correct one. Mr. Holm says it is info@plrs.com while the site says info@pluristem.com therefore the error is in the website.
3.Personally, I find it funny that he knows nothing about any gag on the T/A, since nobody can get the information. Hopefully he will call the T/A himself, or at least alert the CFO.
4.The Pre-IND filing should be in the first week of the new year. Late, but close enough imo.
As for the pre-IND filing, that's many, many steps away from actually having an approved product. Even Pfizer has had products just short of final approval and yanked them because of poor results. But I'm sure those who are looking to push the shareprice up will make as big a deal of it as possible.
Finally, as for why I post here and what my position is, this is a public message board. It is here for people to discuss PLRS. It is not here just for longs, just for shorts, just for momo traders, just for observers. It is for the PUBLIC. And to answer the personal attack, I am NOT a paid basher, I am not paid for posting anything on this or any other board. If marilynt claims I am a paid basher, I request that the proof be put on this board. This includes the name of the company I work for, location of the company, my boss, his phone number, and exactly who would have provided said information. Of course, since I know that is not possible, the simple retraction (or, as a respectable mod would do, removal of the attacking post) would be necessary. I know if I accused a poster here of being paid to pump this stock, my post would be immediately removed.
As energy_wave says, facts. And I have now posted them from Mr. Holm, along with my opinions of what has been written.
In the meantime, the shareprice, on 1/3 of average volume (but much higher than the last few days) has now fallen to the .016 to .0165 range. I'm sure those who bought up in the .03s are thrilled.
