the TA just now and specifically asked him if he knew anything about the DTCC sending the certs back to the TA to be 'unraveled' and his instant answer was no. He knew of no such thing, has not heard anything from the DTCC about them sending the certs back and does not understand what if anything needs to be unraveled.

The TA issued the proper number of dividend shares and warrants to the DTCC whose responsibility is to distribute them to the brokers,

so, I don't want to jump to any unreasonable conclusions but this sounds like another smoke screen,

I hope someone is compiling all of the BS excuses we are being given by the brokers and now the DTCC as the basis of a formal complaint to the SEC and the NASD.

For anyone who cares to follow up on this, the TA's telephone number is (416) 363-1240 and then ask to speak with Ron Haller.

I have talked to him on several occasions in the past few weeks and find him to be very straightforward and professional.

This is getting ver interesting.

PS, we need to start getting everything in writing from these people, verbal responses will be denied later. Try to get everything in writing when someone says something that sounds ridiculous ask them politely if they will send you a confirming email.

I will call Victor tomorrow myself and see if I can get anything out of him.
