Please explain to me why you have not received the certs for my dividends from the DTCC?
We are now 15 days past the pay date.
I never hear back from E-trade after an investigation, I am always the one to follow up. Please just let me know why without making me wait 3 days after 3 days after 3 more days without telling me anything. I don't want to have to file a complaint with the NASD/SEC but nothing ever gets answered. I NEED these SOMA shares/ warrants ASAP as I am up against time here. PLEASE HELP ME.
