I spoke with our clearing firm and we are waiting for the bulk certificate from DTC. The time frame they gave me was 2-3 weeks for us to receive the bulk certificate. This is based on your information that the transfer agent has forwarded the bulk certificate for all of our account holders of that security to us. If the transfer agent has not yet forwarded the bulk certificate, it could be longer.
I am going to try to request the certificate again in a few days and see if we make any further progress.
