Dear Mr. xxxx,

Thank you for contacting us regarding the SOMA Petroleum spin-off. We received a bulk certificate which represents the shares for all shareholders. These spin-off shares are restricted. You will need to contact Equity Mining Corp directly (416-410-3995) in regards to the nature of the restriction, the legal counsel and the warrants.

You are to receive 2 warrants (also restricted) for each spin-off shares.

The legal counsel should be able to tell you how to sell your restricted shares and obtain a certificate for those shares.
