My pick for 2007 is ANSW....

ANSW is my largest position by far. I believe ANSW has multi-bagger possibilities for 2007 and 2008. Also, it likely will be a buyout target at some time later in this year.

Answers Corporation operates the web site www.answers.com which provides information and reference content on approximately 3 million topics that cover general reference, language, business, arts and culture, legal, medical, science and technology, people, food and nutrition, government, leisure, religion, places, military, music, sports, and others. It is essentially a combination of a search engine and reference content. The cool thing about the site is that it often returns a concise answer to your search instead of a plethora of mostly useless links. They also have a tool called 1-Click Answers which allows you to alt-click on a word in a web browser or other application and obtain a quick search result such as a definition. I use it often on investorsHub to find the correct spelling to my typos. In my opinion, answers.com is a far better search engine than yahoo or google.

ANSW has been rapidly growing their revenue. The Q3 financial highlights presentation (see page 2 of the link below) shows how rapidly their revenues are growing. It also is a good summary of their financial progress.

ANSW will be non-GAAP profitable in one of the next two quarters (Q4'06 or Q1'07) and GAAP profitable likely in the March quarter (Q1'07). They are shifting to direct sales vs. indirect sales (e.g. Google AdSense) which will make them hugely profitable. Earnings of $0.60/share/quarter or more are possible in the Q4'07 timeframe based upon the increased profitability due to direct sales. Here is an estimate to show you how:

Even if they can only get to $0.20/share in Q4'07, they will be worth much more than $13.38 where they are presently trading. This is the kind of stock that has the potential to become a wall street darling later this year when it is discovered.
