Just got an email back from Scottrade.



They stated that the reason the dividends appear in my account is because they have been allocated, but they have NOT received them from the DTC.

Also, he stated that the Certs are/will be held in "Street Name".

I can request the dividend certs that have been allocated but not the warrant certs, as they have not been allocated.

That flys directly in the face of the guy I spoke with yesterday. He stated they had the physical dividend certs, and could deliver them. HOW?? If they have not received them YET!!!

Yeah, I can request them now, but will not receive them until they receive them.

This reply was just a few minutes ago, and he stated that it came from his dividend department this afternoon!!!!
