ACBT-100% growth rate, solid business , great professional partners & profitable in yr 1....34 million gross...now projected in year 2 at 85 million revenue with minimum of 5% net.....Utilizing Major Regional CPA Partners....Don't believe?...Allan Hartley was part of the 6 year old RECN start up joint venture with Touche...it now trades at 32 bucks with a 1.5 billion market cap...2.5 times gross and 20+ times net....Hmmm, notice the purchase of 15% O/S purchase at 40 cents by Tri State EPO(500 million revenue)? Remember RECN? 600 million in revenue and 8.5% net....600 million gross. Interesting...watch the acquisitions for cash and the potential for JV activity....hmmm, how about Tri State? Oh, by the way....14 million O/S and 5.5 million float....I had a very tough time getting 325,000 shares..tight float. Think a repeat of RECN is impossible? I think this business model is better....look at all the CPA partners from a diversified business and location background. Do your DD, I could be wrong, but I will stay the course and bet this will be a monster. Look for the audits to be completed and then let the events unfold.

ACBT up 25% in two days of trading since Jan.1......very tight float.
