What in the he-*-ll with this company?!
I bought my father a 6 month gift sub on December 20th.
He never received the notification e-mail.

In an effort to resolve this issue, he tried to call.
SUPRISE!!! No number listed on the site (at least one you dont have to dig for), only e-mail!

So he wrote them an e-mail asking what the problem is and what his access information is. They told him to get MY information...so he did.

My father then sent the information to them and the respondded that they need MORE information then they asked for in the original reposnse.

So....today is Jan 6,....he still hasnt tried this product.

As a last resort,...I came to i-Hub for the phone number.
I called,...and hit the #1 for customer service...
It says (paraphrased): We only deal with customer service in e-mail format!!!!!!!! WTF!?!?!

Do we have IDIOTS running this company? Do they really believe that they can run a SERVICE BASED BUSINESS like this??!

I only feel bad that it took this long for me to realize the problem here.....If they have to hire 20 people to do it...it should be done. I prefer to be pro-active, not reactive.

I believe that fixing problems such as this will make us stronger....this is not a bash. I only want the type of service/customer service from our company that we HOPE our customers are getting, but arent. BUT AREN'T.

To the CEOs:
Fleming and Gallent....fix this problem please.
This is an embarassment!!! I am referring friends and family to this company because IM AN INVESTOR!!!

To the Investor:
PLEASE,...eveyone who cares about this company and your investment....PLEASE CONTACT GZFX and help me get this serious issue resolved.

OK....back down from mega-angry to my standard insanity.
