Please provide a link to the documented sale of stock in 2006. I thought we were all awaiting the 10Q's? Have you seen them?

All we've seen filed is a Private Placement and the re-fi of the Toyo's.

We do realize that PLNI indicated that they would sell equity to keep the company rolling and pay off debt as required, but no one, including you, has seen a filed document that provides definitive numbers.

Correct us if we are wrong about that.
