Okay, I've done my homework here and this one is truly amazing. Firstly, I am impressed w/ the fact that the founder of PLTT is Dr. Floyd (Ski) Chilton, a world renowned immunologist. Unlike the many concerns of scams, etc w/ other pinkies...this one is comparable to a legit NASDAQ stock. What an opportunity here. I can't wait until the co. reveals its reincarnation through public PRs.

In 2002, Pilot's Airozin asthma medication had already gone through 5 clinical trials and was scheduled for a commercial launch later in the year. Back then, Pilot was making a lot of waves...being fought over by 2 states, NC and SC. The tug of war landed the co. in SC, as the co. was lured to move there on $17M of incentives. NC couldn't compete w/ the offer. Unfortunately, the funds never materialized, and rather than play it stupid and dillute the co. to death, knowing of their prized intellectual property, they chose to close their doors in pursuit of other avenues, such as partnering up w/ someone else. That someone else is Efficas...who is already selling 3 product lines based on Pilot's formula.

Pilot just recently moved back to NC...but during it's stay in SC, brought on Scott Derks -- Marketing Director For SC Department Of Commerce -- who is now serving as Pilot's President.
