I think it is due for a big year. Finally broke out last quarter with good earnings of .07. Based on current price of $4.19, it is fairly priced. But they also have a record funded backlog of $65M, and I'm betting they can keep the momentum going.
8.4M diluted shares, 5.44M float

clean balance sheet, no l/t debt

They are getting more contracts for Iraq reconstruction work, and could benefit from some big BRAC contracts in the future.
