My pick is FPP - now at 2.07

This is a tiny O&G play that was very hot when energy prices were moving up fast and has now come down almost 75% from high. O/s is less than 9 million and the float is about 1/2 that. The CEO owns a big chunk of the company and I believe wants to cash out. He's recently secured up to $50 million secured line from Citibank, which indicates that they will be buying as prices are down. The CEO is very conservative with money and shares
