A post for those who want to know a little more about the RM process and finding them prior to big runs pre RM.
For anyone wondering how we find reverse merger plays before they are publicly announced is by searching shells on the Sec of State incorporation site(which I have link on my board and in my profile).Without this we wouldnt be able to see what happens behind the doors.Perfect example to the "T" would be LFZA/USSE RM as well as FCNK RM.Both these stocks were dormant shells that got reactivated,reinstated,new president etc,and acceptance of resident agent! Now when smart money RM players found these they ran BIG as most of us already know.FCNK from .008 to 3.72 and LFZA/USSE from trip 0s to over a dollar! The ones that found this info ahead of time were definitely digging and watching shells.There are a few services for shells but the best report costing around 1100.00 a year from what my bro told me.Other sites I know that are about RMs havent seen any SOS changes like reactivated shells etc,which is the BEST time to find out obv.So all I can say here is we have the element of surprise as to when RM announces and the scope of it.But by then PPS will have already blew up!I will say what I put on my board if ANYONE knows any shell stock under .05ish that is NOT in default and has recently been reactivated, reinstated,res agent accepted,and new president,etc PLEASE let me know as this is how we find the true sleeper RMS!Glad to be working with everyone and may we all become very wealthy here now.It is awesome knowing we ahead of the game!Lets BLOW UP next week and beyond and then we havin a BIG party.)DF
MRXT owner Mark Smith was and is architect behind many RMs and the FCNK RM in particular for example he ran to dollars after reinstated,etc. Go cross reference charts of FCNK and USSE(LFZA)and then go to SOS site and see when reinstated and were reactivated.Clockwork to the T I tell ya!)DF
