Deep Well Oil & Gas, Inc. is an emerging junior oil and gas exploration and development company headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta.

The Company's immediate corporate focus is to develop the existing land base that it presently controls. Deep Well has an 80% working interest (subject to a farmout agreement with Signet Energy) in a large, contiguous block of 43,964 acres (17,792 Hectares) of oil sands leases and permits in the Peace River Oil Sands Area, near Sawn Lake in North Central Alberta, Canada.

The Company's business plan is closely focused to take advantage of this large block of land situated over much of the Sawn Lake Oil Sands deposit. The Company plans to add corporate asset value through the drilling and production of the Bluesky Formation heavy oil sands utilizing horizontal drilling technology and progressive cavity pumps.

Operations

Deep Well and its subsidiaries have an 80% working interest (subject to a farmout agreement with Signet Energy) in 69.5 sections (43,964 acres) of oil sands leases and permits in the Sawn Lake heavy oil area in North Central Alberta. After Signet Energy drills 10 wells at no cost to Deep Well and its subsidiaries, they will fully earn their 40% interest in the project. Deep Well and its subsidiaries will then directly hold 40% of the project.

Deep Well's management believes that the Sawn Lake Heavy Oil Project is at the same pre-growth stage experienced by other heavy oil companies prior to a major period of growth.

Other operators targeting the deeper Slave Point Formation have previously drilled much of the land. Because of the earlier extensive exploration for light oil, Deep Well is able to benefit from data collected by others pertaining to the drilling of more than seventy-five wells that penetrated and partially delineated the heart of the Bluesky Formation heavy oil reservoir.

Rogue Comments on DWOG.PK.....

Yes this is a "stinky pinkie".....but to win this contest it's going to most likely take multi-bagger returns, and those types of returns are not uncommon in the stinky pinkies when the momo/ manipulators pile in.

I don't believe the "fat lady has sung yet" on this once loved oil sands/heavy oil play. It remains to be seen in my opinion ultimately how the assets this company controls will be developed....and whether shareholders here of DWOG benefit along with the fellow majority insider shareholders or will the robber barrons steal the assets and ultimatley win?? Insiders control well over the majority of the float of the 62.9 million shares.

I do expect more takeovers in oil sands this year(CLL.TO?? or PBG.TO?) and they may come sooner rather than later as the price of oil is down at the moment. Another major takeover will most likely light a match under some of the dogs in the oil sands patch again....and off to the races we may go!
